      Challenging and fulfilling role - opportunity is afforded to work in an ambiguous and technically sound environment. Peers are strong both technically and from the product standpoint. Independence to execute, improve and manage.

      Kontras

      Sometimes it can get a bit hectic - depends a lot on which org you move into. Also, some orgs do not utilize the full scope of a TPM... as in utilize the expertise only on program management and ignore the tech part.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
