I find Amazon to be a very individualist place to work. You have goals as individual and as well as a group but you work on them by your own which makes it difficult sometimes to deliver what its expected from you. The goals are very high and day to day work can be overwhelming to people not used to working with pressure. You are expected to deliver good work in a short time of period which usually turns into working for more hours than your daily required.
