      Awesome co-workers, very talent and helpful. Compensation is above market average. The variety of opportunities to pick interesting projects is amazing.

      Poor work-life balance in the majority of the teams. Software developers workload involves significant portions of Operations in addition to Development, which is a great experience, however the Development portion is plagued by too much internal friction across teams.
