      I love working at Amazon. I love the fact that the company is truly interested in the customer needs and satisfaction. I can collaborate with our customers knowing that I'm not taking advantage of them

      Unfortunately there is a big but! Although frugality is very important regarding our customers, it is not good for us employees. Other competitors offers more to their employees and this makes us bleeding talents.
