      Pros

      Great place to start out a career. They give you a lot of responsibility so there are a lot of opportunities to make an impact and use these experiences for later career moves. Pay is good but you will earn every penny.

      Kontras

      Lots of overtime. They will promote a 4 day (12 hrs per day) workweek but we were always short staffed so OT was always on. Management has to come in for OT but we end up just being idle bodies. The idea is to work on projects but by the time that fifth night shift of the week rolls around youre just beat.

      Pros

      Benefits, overtime. The best company I have ever worked for. They paid for my school and the best medical insurance. PTO, VTO, Vacation.

      Kontras

      A lot of people. Seems like a high school 😂 but overall... All walks of life. Old and young. I would work for them for the rest of my life but i have other goals.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Kontras

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
