      It is a good place to work. Lots of fun. Lots of things to learn. A big database needs to handled

      Work load is heavy comparatively. Rest nothing much bad except for the heavy load. Some days we have to on site engineer, and work on nights also.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
