Pace of change is good enough to force you learn new things with the same pace. 4. Compensation is cool. 5. No politics like many other big companies.

1. Work life balance gets disturbed sometimes for some people, but that too is not as much as it is hyped on Glassdoor. Just join and see. 2. On-call: Each employee gets a turn, as per which he has to respond to any critical issue within a specific time interval. Indirectly, you have to be conscious 24X7 during this time. But its not same for all the teams and teams having very critical operations get help from their US counterpart (so you need to handle it during day only).
