Pros
Amazon was a great place to learn and hone skills but an incredibly stressful experience overall. It's nice that they really do put the customer first, and I will continue to be an Amazon.com customer.
Kontras
Prepare to be overworked and under paid. Senior management is a boy's club and management doesn't treat their employees the way they should be treated. When they say the customer comes first, they mean it, as employees come last. The kicker was when I had to work on Christmas Day, without any compensation, for something that truly could have waited until after the holiday. Communication can be antagonistic at times and there's a general lack of respect.
