-Casual, but intense work environment, surround by smart and engaging people -Relaxed dress code (jeans, t-shirts, etc.) -Great environment if you are a "peculiar" Amazonian -Right in the city, with great access to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Kontras

-Expensive lunch options (~$10+), since there are no company subsidized cafeterias -Parking is costly, and public transit is OK -Benefits are OK, but not on par with Google or MSFT

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
