      Amazon gives tons of ownership if you want it. Your title is less important than your knowledge and ability to back it up.

      Kontras

      Amazon will take whatever you will give, and then ask for more. They are perfectly fine pushing people to work long hours for 'releases' which happen all the time, and for ones that actually are big expect to kiss the world away. Don't forget your pager.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
