      You can learn a lot if you are starting your career. It is a good addition to your CV.

      A lot of pressure, easy to burnout. No recognition. They are cheap and don’t really take care of the employees, 5 days in the office and not even a proper place to eat.

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
