Bad Work life balance Very less people do actual work. Rest of the fodder just works without any scope for promotion at L5 level. Lot of office politics. The rating/review is heavily dependent on manager perception and has very less to do with colleagues/ the kind of work you do. Growth factor is kind of stagnant. Don't join here as an early employee.
