      Strong company culture & values. Great colleagues and level of hiring.

      Top management not good at communicating. A lot of décisions are shrouded in secrecy. You understand fat you’re not essential and easily replaceable even as a top performer. Company perspectives have gone down with increased focus on productivity and stable salaries making vertical evolution even harder than past. Life-work balance is not good.
