      Decent compensation package, opportunity to build something interesting.

      Kontras

      Senior leadership is very unstable, no one takes accountability. Very hard to actually be an engineer due to all the turmoil that occurs between teams. Career progression is also too dependent on your team/manager.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
