      Good pay and benefits. A great way to build experience.

      Stressful job. On call. Ask to work alot outside work hours. Bad management. Management is just a middle man that is clueless about a lot of things. When you start talking to other engineers about issues because it is easier you get chewed out from your manager for overstepping or going behind their back.
