      There are a ton of opportunities if you have a great support system, but as long as you're willing to move around.

      Kontras

      The annual reviewing system is not adequate for individual performance grading, but done so you are lumped in. When you would deserve a promo, it may not be available due to the way the system is setup.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
