They have yearly URA quota, so they will target and put in performance plan even within 5months joining in the team. Some SDM's won't have technical knowledge on the project but because of toxic management employee gets stuck with unfair performance improvement plan. 4. Good Managers do exists but on very less percent at Amazon.
