      Great pay and benefits. Relative security.

      Kontras

      Extreme amount of stress and hours. Very little recognition for a job well done or for hours and effort required to do job. Standards are so high that perfection is required- mistakes are not easily forgiven. Micro-managment on steroids.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
