They accommodate the men there! There are A LOT OF disgusting men there that get away with sexual harassment because they are protected by the supervisors. I should file a lawsuit! If you are with a contractor they will hire people off of there streets that know absolutely nothing before they hire you! They are not on 1 accord. There is a lot of favoritism that is blatant…from the lpt and up there is NO integrity. Alcon is definitely not worth the stress or anything period…I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone
