Room for advancement (easier if you have a degree), great benefits, super friendly people and slowly but surely trying to have more activities for the employees.

Everyone has 20,000 different hats and while management acknowledges it, nothing is really being done about it. Corporate asks us to comply and carry out all these programs, trainings, etc, and ask soooo nicely but they think we have a full-time person to just cater to their needs when that is far from reality.
