STAR format is definitely what they want. All behavioral and they asked about my resume and experiences. Very friendly and causal. Only about 30 minutes. Overall good experience with my interview process. Heard back about 2 weeks later.

The interview consisted of a virtual panel with 2–3 interviewers, including engineers from the team. The format was primarily behavioral and followed the S.T.A.R. (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method. They asked scenario-based questions about teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and handling technical challenges. The interview lasted about 45–60 minutes. Each interviewer took turns asking questions, and there was time at the end to ask about the role and team culture.
