Sat down for an interview with a manager during a career fair at my school. Very informal and laid back. More of a conversation than an interview. Questions were not difficult.

The interview followed a structured format, beginning with questions about my professional and educational background/experience. We then transitioned into a technical review of my resume, where I had the opportunity to elaborate on the impact of my previous projects. Finally, the session concluded with several behavioral questions centered on conflict resolution, adaptability, and how I prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
