Vorstellungsgespräch
I spoke with a manager at a university career fair, and followed up with an email and my resume. This manager shared my resume with the hiring manager for the position.
I first had a 30-minute phone interview with the standard questions about the contents of my resume and why I wanted to work for the company. I also had time to ask questions of the interviewing manager. Following that, I was scheduled for an on-site interview. During the 2-hour onsite interview I met with a panel of two mechanical engineers + the manager. They repeated the standard questions about my resume etc, then asked me other typical interview questions and offered time for me to ask questions of my own. Finally, they closed with a few technical questions.
Fragen im Vorstellungsgespräch [1]
Frage 1
General: "Why do you want to work at Lockheed Martin?" "What is your greatest strength?" "Tell me about [x from resume]"
Technical: "What factors would you want to take into account when figuring out the torque for each of six bolts in a pattern?" "Describe the process of setting up a simulation in ANSYS" "What is the definition of the mass moment of inertia?"
Panel interview with hiring manager and several engineers on the team. Started with the program mission and how the role will fill the current gap. Questions related to technical skills on resume and what-would-you-do type scenarios. Overall, good experience.

Interview is straightforward and easygoing, they ask situational/behavioral questions that you should respond with in the STAR format. They also look over your resume and ask you about stuff on that.

Mostly behavioral questions using star method, and some technical. Interviewed my the hiring manager his manager if I remember. But overall they were really nice and helped clarify the direction they wanted their questions to be answered
