I spoke with a manager at a university career fair, and followed up with an email and my resume. This manager shared my resume with the hiring manager for the position. I first had a 30-minute phone interview with the standard questions about the contents of my resume and why I wanted to work for the company. I also had time to ask questions of the interviewing manager. Following that, I was scheduled for an on-site interview. During the 2-hour onsite interview I met with a panel of two mechanical engineers + the manager. They repeated the standard questions about my resume etc, then asked me other typical interview questions and offered time for me to ask questions of my own. Finally,they closed with a few technical questions.

Panel interview with hiring manager and several engineers on the team. Started with the program mission and how the role will fill the current gap. Questions related to technical skills on resume and what-would-you-do type scenarios. Overall, good experience.
