I applied online and got an email from a recruiter to set up a 45 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. The interviewer asked me two questions about my experience and previous work, with the rest of the questions being fixated about my 4 month unemployment period straight out of graduation, why my GPA was "so low," and "why my previously company did not keep me" (I quit after graduation since it was on-campus). He also got my undergraduate major wrong twice despite telling me he had my resume in front of him. When I asked him questions about the company, he boasted about the hundreds of people he interviewed over the past month and how many times he heard the questions I had asked. Overall, had a very bad experience with this particular interviewer and it was nothing like the interviews I had seen on Glassdoor.
