Initial phone screen with her, then an hour long video call with 2 hiring managers and regional director. They were all very pleasant and asked great questions. After the interview, radio silence. TA lady would not get back to me after a check in email 2 weeks later. Finally an email at 5am saying I was not selected.
Maybe don't tell them you want to stick around and rise the ladder. Tell them you want to stay making minimum wage for 50 years and youll have a better chance
