Was impressed that a VP reached out to me on LinkedIn for an initial screen versus a recruiter. Had a good conversation and then spoke to an HR person who sounded like she was reading from a script. The next step was a one hour interview with two solution consultants. It was pretty long and seemed odd at times, discussing theoretical things. The final step was a 45 minute presentation, which is 30 minutes longer than most companies require for this step these days. I could tell they didn't like my pitch for whatever reason. They took about 6 weeks to reply with the usual form letter. In the interim I started and completed the interview process with two other software companies for the same role and received two offers.
Was also told that I would receive a follow up survey about my experience but never did.
