Depending on the residence, the interview process is a series of questions pertaining to the Sub-warden job. Each member of the selection panel will give a score for each question and a total is calculated for each candidate. The final scores are then tallied and the candidates are ranked.

Fairly relaxed. Walked into a panel of about 10-12 people and got asked about 8 questions in total. Before answering questions I had to give a 5 minute presentation. It helped that I knew most of the panel from around the residence. Overall the interview took about 20 minutes, but the interviewers were running a little late and the interview started about 40 mins late.
