Sent in CV, cover letter and portfolio. Was then contacted and had an interview with a recruitment manager to discuss the position. Was asked about my work at university, talked about what the job would entail and what working at Unity would be like. Then had an art test with a follow-up interview. Was ultimately not selected to get further in the process as they wanted someone with more experience with the engine, but I believe the next stage would have been an in-person interview in the studio I was applying for.

I had 5 rounds of interviews for the position which seemed a bit much, I asked them the simple question "what does a normal day look like" and they didn't had no idea what kinds of things I would be doing. It was very vague.
