First applied through monster and recieved phone interview request email. Recruiter promoted the company as a work hard play hard atmosphere. Only problem is the position requires 10 hours a day with a small salary in a small office. The in house interview showed a tiny office where there was no friendliness amongst workers and unrealistic expectations. Next was a phone interview with a division manager who asked irrelevant questions and repeated several questions multiple times. Not only was she rude, she also became impatient with similar answers to similar questions. Nothing about these people made me want to work for their ineffecient company.

Two people interviewed me. They asked about academic background, personal experience, translation knowledge, and thoughts on sales in the translation industry. Talked about the current phenomenon in the industry. Got a call to confirm the offer but never followed up.
