5 person panel, they ask you to try and sell a "complete solution" to a small room, organizing, and cleanliness. They will ask if you are familiar with ELFA which is a closet organizer system of shelves, drawers, and sometimes even tables.

Phone interview was weird because my interviewer kept talking down to me. Her tone was condescending and fake. Think "passive aggressive upbeat." So I almost wasn't going to go based on that, but decided to try anyways. She asked about experience and my schedule. For the actual interview, she was there along with the hiring manager. They asked basic questions and whether I read an email they sent about company values. It was an average experience, with one question that I thought didn't deserve to be asked. She asked about a time I congratulated someone after they made a hard decision and because to me, hard decisions are private and personal, I said I did not have any experiences like that. She kept pushing and wanted a specific answer/example that I don't think most people could honestly give.
