I met with the company representatives at my university's career fair, and then again at a TI info session. The actual interview was about 45 minutes, covering some basic technical concepts about circuit design, as well as the standard generic questions about your background. They then asked me about subjects listed on my resume, and I was asked to describe my best/worst experiences in engineering, an example of good leadership, etc. In the end, I loved working as an intern at TI, even though I really did not care the actual subject material I was working on. I was able to ask for some assignments in Perl, which I enjoy, and they let me work on those as well, making the experience even better. While the salary wasn't too high (about $19/hour), benefits were decent and the working environment was pretty good.
