hiring process started with ppt followed by written then rounds of technical interview.written paper consisted of 3 profile (analog.digi,softy),out of which only one cud be chosen paper had 20 apti n 20 tech ques very basic questions not at all tough..i got shortlisted for interview it went well,they asked me lots of question on digital electronics mostly of sequntial ckts..so my advice is that get ur basics rt
