It wasn't that hard, if you just understand the situation correctly, then you'll answer it correctly. After that, the final interview begins. Just some random questions, You just have to answer in a correct grammar. The second exam was being a Customer Service Representative. Our customer is one of the higher ranks in Teletech. You have to symphasize with the caller. when all is done, your contract signing would be by next week. Then they'll give you another week to get ready for your training. The trainors at Teletech are the best. They'll never let you fall back. Even the management is cool and understanding.
