It was over a phone call and overall it was good, mostly about my past role and company. It was casual and I was allowed to express my thoughts freely. Felt more like a conversation and less like an interview.

The interview process is fairly standard, you get a subject to write upon, they assess your profile and you get the results. The clarity was missing from the interview process. It could have been better.
