I applied online. I got interviewed by 3 men in a conference room with a table and a whiteboard. It was fairly straightforward - what I know about computer networks, some general programming questions.

Great technical interviewers, but did not know that they were from another team, than I got actually to work on. Unfortunately I did not enjoy working the the actual team I was assigned to. Interviews should probably be held with the team you are going to work with from the start.
