Was approached by a recruiter. Quickly arranged a first stage interview with head of people and CPO. Very easy interview with some basic behavioural questions not really assessing leadership abilities or strategic thinking. A week of silence followed by they are looking for a different “profile”. Pretty poor quality of feedback for this type of role.
