The second round started 15 minutes late, and the discussion again revolved around questions already covered in the previous round, including justification of prior experience rather than role-relevant evaluation. Candidates invest significant time and preparation into these processes. A more structured and respectful interview experience would go a long way. Would genuinely advise candidates to think twice before opting for strategic roles here unless the hiring process improves.
