From my understanding, this company lacks organizational structure. Teams seem unaware of each other's projects, resulting in wasted time and resources on duplicate efforts. Trust seems to be low within cross teams. During the interview, I proposed several methods to address these challenges although the interviewer did not seem to be happy about receiving recommendations. The interview poses little challenge for an experienced/knowledgeable developer. I finished the assignment 15 minutes ahead of schedule. However, the interviewer seemed to struggle to ask additional questions. They primarily focus on hashing and arrays. It's worth noting that they won't hold back wasting your time even if they've already chosen another candidate long before your interview. While I found their conduct unprofessional, it wasn't a setback at all. If you plan on working for this company, I wouldn't recommend that; however, you could use the interview as a training session.

TLDR; Horrible Talent Team with no courtesy to follow up with offer for 2 weeks even after they had no negative feedback for the interview and showed intention of hiring. Process: Tech Coding Screening followed with Onsite - Coding, System Design and Behavioral. After 1 week they come back to add another round of interview for me which was Architectural Round. I assumed this to be Leveling round given their feedback so far although the recruiter said they needed more Signals. Talent head follows up after 4 days saying all good things and that they wanna extend offer. Arranged a call with hiring manager to understand leveling and job role details. The hiring manager had no clue on my interview feedback and only went by my resume. Tells me that compensation decides leveling and that I need to follow up with recruiter on that. But given my experience, I will be considered for very-senior position. Talent head follows with a casual email of a follow-up call in evening 4 days after which I responds to and then goes back to being MIA. I want to highlight the great experience this company offers to candidates who have invested so much time interviewing with them and most likely low ball the ones who will be hired too.
