Online tests (Decision Making & Maths) followed by phone interview (Questions Based on Capacity-Achievement-Relationship [CAR]).The phone interview is around 1 hour long with various questions on CAR. The answers should preferably be provided in Situation-Task-Action-Result (STAR) format. The interviewer writes down all the answers so I had to be clear and slow. I had to provide 2 areas of interest and I was given my first choice for the 2 month internship program.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
