An online round of questionnaire followed by in person interview (was taken remote due to second wave of covid-19) then a final interview. All to take place within a duration of 2 weeks based on the number of applicants.

An email is sent to you to take an interview. There are a total of 5 questions, and the questions are asked with a pre-recorded video. You hit next, and you will have 30 seconds to prepare for it, before your video camera automatically records the interview.

2. Describe a time when you influenced somebody to give you their commitment.
3. Describe a time when you asked for feedback. (Explain what the situation was, why you required feedback, what feedback was given, how you responded to the feedback, outcome)
4. Describe a time when you had to get out of your comfort zone (What situation caused you to go out of your comfort zone, why did you decide to get out of your comfort zone, challenges faced, outcome)
5. Describe a time when you helped a friend to improve (explain situation, why and where he/she needed to improve, what you did, outcome)
