1. Applied online followed by a telephonic discussion and later in person interview.
2. Many documents to be sent for background verification.
3. Very systematic process asks relevant questions Time management is good.
Most of open ended questions assessment is done based how candidates approach certain situations.

Focus of discussion is actual experience and things done in previous projects.
The Shell interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable while asking thoughtful questions that focused on both technical knowledge and personal experiences. The process gave me a clear understanding of Shell’s culture and values, and overall it was a positive and insightful experience.

The process is methodical and structured. I received the meeting invite about a week before the interview. The interview panel is warm and nice. I enjoyed the process. The panel makes you comfortable so you can answer the questions freely.

Pretty Straight forward and very much to the point. Multiple rounds, at the least 3 that I went through. Mostly person who could be your LM will do the interview.
