In Brazil: A lot of interviews on phone, and about 2 tests (one for english proficiency and another to test your Knowledge, both in english). By the end you will have an interview with the manager of the sector you chosed, after making somequestions about your activities in college you will receive some instructions about your future job.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts
