After two weeks from application date, i received a call from HR rep and scheduled me for a phone interview. on the phone interview, i got numerous questions mostly behavioural and a case where i got to analyse a situation and discuss the SWOT and make a decision.
Ze werken middels een online assessment waarvan het eerste gedeelte vooral gefocust is op persoonlijkheid, lijst met grofweg 100 vragen. Daarna een video opname waar je vragen zoals hier beneden beschreven staat mag beantwoorden

One hirevue interview followed by a case study, which you must study beforehand and answer questions off of. There is not much besides that and it was pretty straightforward and simple in my opinion.

Straightforward, recorded video interviews and motivation letter. You have to complete the process within 1 week after applying for the position. There is also a situational and personality test. Afterwards, there is an interview.
