You had to pass two online assessments and a case study. Then if you were selected you would receive a phone call and email. The assessments and case study were average difficult, make sure you read the case study thoroughly and takes notes.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts
