Started with a phone interview by an internal recruitment staff member. Unfortunately she didn't seem to know much about the specifics of the role or the area of work. She generally verbally verified what I had submitted on my CV. The panel interview was a lot better. I found the reception staff very friendly and approachable, and the panel themselves made me feel relaxed and comfortable. And of course they were able to answer all my questions.
