Ich habe mich online beworben. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert bei ScriptChain
Vorstellungsgespräch
It's a digital marketing position, and not a good one. Interviewer was the founder and late to his own meeting. Demands 20 hours out of students during the school year with no compensation (understandable for a startup), but with no practical job experience for aspiring business analysts. Absolute waste of your time.

The interview process consisted of two interviews. The first interview took weeks to actually schedule, as the person interviewing you was a business analyst intern student. This first interview consisted of behavioral questions as well as questions in regards to your resume. It seemed as though the interviewer had not reviewed my resume at all or even had it up while interviewing me. She also seemed very unprepared and disorganized while interviewing me as she would get lost in her own questions that she was asking me and would have to repeat it or just move on from it because it did not make sense. To wrap up this first interview, she asked if I had any questions for her, and one of my questions were "what are your thoughts on the CEO/Founder and what is it like working as an intern there". She went on to tell me that she the Founder expects a lot out of his interns and is very results oriented. She said it can be very stressful at times but you do learn a lot when put under time-constraint. This actually made me more interested in this position because I was interested in learning more and growing in the field.
Then in the second interview, I interviewed with the founder of scriptchain, Moh Noori. Off the start of the interview, he spoke to me in a very condescending tone and was talking to me in passive-aggressive tone. I tried to overlook any of these tones that he was putting across to me with the benefit of the doubt but then he would continue talking down to me. At the end of this interview, he offered me the internship which was off-putting. I accepted it at first because I again, gave the benefit of the doubt because I justified to myself that maybe he was speaking like that to me to see how I react under stress.
Then during the hiring process, he was still speaking passive-aggressive towards me and was speaking down to me in a condescending manner so I then declined the internship offer.
I really feel like the CEO/Founder should be the one leading the company and if they are negative and talk down to their employees or interns before they are even hired. That was just a red flag to me because I feel like your work environment really sets the tone for everyone at the company.
