The Interview was a 3-step process in 1) Response from Recruiter, 2) Recruiter Interview (Pointless exercise as they don't have a clue as to what the employer really wants), 3) Interview with Employer.
I was told by the Recruiter that they were looking for a Candidate that had up to date certifications and that the last individual who they hired had old out of date certifications. They also were looking for an individual with SCCM/SCVVM experience (which I had plenty of), Active Directory, VMware, and Sharepoint.
Now in the case of SCCM/SVVM, this is a very rare skill that many people do not have and so i felt that I had a very good chance of landing this job.
During the Interview I was being asked old/deprecated questions about Active Directory FSMO roles, Exchange Upgrade Questions, and a Powershell question.
I felt that I had all of the qualifications they were looking for but to me, I think they were more concerned with stumping me or tripping me up then really considering me for the job.
