What could I say. Probably the most pathetic process I've ever encountered. They sent out an "assessment" reiterating multiple times that a large number of candidates had applied. There was a lot of confusion at even the assessment phase and it was extremely disjointed. The assessment was a joke and it felt like a class quiz in college. The result was available immediately after submitting. Despite reassuring that I would hear back soon, I never heard back. Look it's perfectly fine to send out that cookie cutter rejection email. But completely ghosting a candidate who took the time to complete the assessment is just disrespectful on an entirely new level. I read the negative reviews here but decided to go through the process to see how it goes. But now I really feel I dodged a bullet and saved a lot of time by not having to interview with company.
