I was contacted by the company HR who first arranged a basic phone interview. It was a simple screening and then I was asked to attend personal interview in a week's time. There were 4 1:1s. Three were about my work exp and general technical stuff, one was about my prob solving skills

2 rounds with all interviews put together in the same room and one doesn't wait until I finish answering the previous one. They were grilling me and not really keen on checking the skills.
