After the screening interview, took a 1.5 hour long interview with three attorneys in turn. They were all very interactive and eager to learn about my interest area, background, and personality.

The first round of interviews was great. Second round of interviews was odd, partners didn’t seem to have looked at my resume before and seemed disengaged. I’m not sure what happened.
